Navigate to: Transactions in the left sidebar

View all payment transactions across the system.

• Search by customer name, booking reference, status, payment method or date range
• Filter by payment method (card, invoice, Swish, manual, refund)
• Download the full transaction list

Note

Vaylo Pay transactions are logged in Fortnox with specific labels — "Vaylo Payment with Swish" or "Vaylo Payment with Card" — for easy identification.
