Dashboard
The Dashboard is your real-time overview of bookings, payments, tasks and financial activity across the platform.
Navigate to: Dashboard (first page after login)
New Bookings Today
Shows all bookings created on the current day.
- Click View bookings to go directly to the Bookings page
Transactions This Month
Shows total transactions processed in the current month compared to the previous month.
- Click View transactions to go to the Transactions page
Remaining Payments
Tracks outstanding payments split into three categories:
- First payment — initial deposit due
- Second payment — second installment (if applicable)
- Residue payment — remaining balance
Tasks
- My tasks — tasks assigned to the currently logged-in user
- All tasks — all tasks assigned to any user in the system
Monthly Bookings Chart
Visualises booking trends over the last 3 or 6 months.
Last 30 Days Transactions
Shows a breakdown of all transactions over the past 30 days. Use this to identify peak booking periods and analyse revenue patterns.
