Customer Portal
The Customer Portal allows customers to manage their bookings, view trip details, make payments, and access important travel information.
Date format
All dates in the Passenger Portal are displayed in a consistent dd mmm yyyy format — for example, 09 Oct 2026. This applies to every date column and every page in the portal, regardless of the passenger's browser locale.

This is a display-only behavior. Backend dates are unaffected; reports, exports, and the Admin Panel continue to use their own configured formats.
