Bookings Overview
The Bookings module is the central hub for managing all tour bookings. From here you can create, search, filter and manage every booking in the system.
Navigate to: Bookings in the left sidebar
Booking Statuses
- Booked — confirmed booking
- Cancelled — booking has been cancelled
- Transferred — booking has been moved to another tour
- Departed — tour departure date has passed
- Quotes — booking saved as a quote, not yet confirmed
Search & Filter
- Use the status tabs to filter by booking status
- Search by passenger name, booking reference, departure date range, or booking date range
