Navigate to: Hotel Administration → Hotels


Create a Hotel

  1. Click Add Hotel
  2. Fill in Basic Information:

Contact person emailEmail of contact
  1. Fill in Distance & Position (territory, country, location, address, coordinates, nearest city and airport)
  2. Fill in Stars & Rating
  3. Click Create
  4. Add at least one room type (see below)
  5. Activate the hotel
Note

A hotel cannot be activated until at least one room type has been created.


Create a Room Type

  1. Open the hotel and go to the Room Types tab
  2. Click Add Room Type
  3. Fill in the fields:

Total guest capacityAuto-calculated (rooms × max guests)

Allotment in Tours

Hotels can be added to a tour under Tour Administration → All Tours → [tour] → Accommodation.

  • Select the hotel and set the room price for shared and non-shared rooms
  • Set maximum adults per room and total rooms assigned to this tour
  • Assigned rooms are deducted from the hotel's availability based on the booking date
  • Multiple hotels can be added to a single tour, but a booking can only use rooms from one hotel
Note

Hotels can only be added to tours with zero existing bookings.
