Company Clients

Navigate to: Clients → Companies

Companies allow you to manage group bookings for corporate clients with a dedicated company profile and passenger list.

Create a Company

1. Click Add Company
2. Enter the Company name (required) and Company type (required)
3. Fill in optional address fields
4. Click Save

The company appears in the active list.

Note

A company can only be set to inactive when none of its passengers have active bookings.

Booking with Company User Type

• New passenger details entered during a company booking are automatically added to both the company and the client list
• Existing clients added to a company booking are linked without creating duplicates
