Passengers with Email
Lists all passengers who have an email address — both primary bookers and co-passengers.
- Search by name, email, phone or tag
- Download all or filtered passenger list
- Click a passenger's name to view their booking history and edit their details
The email field is locked and cannot be edited. All other fields can be updated. Changes apply to future bookings only — existing bookings are not affected.
Co-passengers
View and edit co-passengers linked to a primary passenger. Updates apply to future bookings and the Customer Portal, but not to existing bookings.
No Email Passengers
Lists all co-passengers who did not provide an email during booking. If an email is later added, the passenger moves to the Passengers with Email list.
Tags on Passengers
Passenger tags can be applied from Settings → Tags (passenger category). Tour tags assigned to a departed tour are also automatically applied to all passengers of that tour and appear in the tag list.
