Tour Administration

Set up your content first, then create your tours.

Create Your Content​

Before creating tours, add the following in Tour Administration:

  • Supplement categories
  • Supplements
  • Vehicles (e.g. a bus or other vehicle used on a tour)
  • Tour categories
  • Tour tags
  • Tour templates

Plan Your Tours​

  1. Go to All Tours → Create tour (from a template or from scratch)
  2. Test how the tour looks by opening the booking widget with your URL

Hotels & Amenities​

  1. Add hotels and amenities
  2. Attach them to your tour under Tour Administration
  3. Add allotment when adding the hotel — press Refresh after updating allotment

Amadeus​

Set up the Amadeus integration (requires an EOS-agreement).

Test Booking Flow​

  1. Test the full booking flow in the admin panel
  2. Test the booking flow on your website

Import Existing Clients & Bookings​

  1. Send your client list to Vaylo for import
  2. Import clients under Clients (download the template first)
  3. Send bookings to Vaylo for import
Important

Deactivate all emails before importing bookings to avoid sending unexpected emails to customers.
