System Administration

Once your Vaylo account is activated, you will receive a login email with your admin URL and credentials. Log in and complete the following setup steps.


1. Basic Information

Navigate to: System Administration → Administration → Basic Information

Configure the following sections:

  • General information — company address and contact details
  • System information — logo, company name, welcome message, color code, passenger update timing
  • Payment information — booking fees and payment deadlines
  • Invoice information — invoice details for customer-facing documents

2. Passenger Types

Choose which passenger types are visible on your tours. This can also be changed at tour level.

3. Configurations

Configure PDF

Choose which sections to include in the PDF sent to customers.

Configure Customer Portal Tabs

Choose which tabs are visible in the Customer Portal. You can rename and translate them.

Configure Widget

Choose language, search parameters and theme for the booking widget.

4. Multi-language

Translate booking information, configurations and the customer portal welcome message.
