FIT Booking Setup

FIT bookings are tailor-made itineraries built for individual clients, combining hotels, flights, transport and other services.

Add Hotels & Amenities​

  1. Add hotels under Tour Administration
  2. Add amenities and attach them to hotels
  3. Add allotment when adding the hotel — press Refresh after updating allotment

Amadeus Integration​

Set up the Amadeus integration for flight search (requires an EOS-agreement). Please contact support@vaylo.com to get started.

Test the FIT Booking Flow​

Test a full FIT booking end to end in the admin panel.

Import Existing Clients & Bookings​

  1. Import clients under Clients (download the template first)
  2. Send existing bookings to Vaylo for import
Important

Deactivate all emails before importing bookings to avoid sending unexpected emails to customers.
