Users & User Roles
Create user accounts and assign roles with specific permissions.
- Add user — assign Super Admin or Admin role
- Configure user roles — assign permissions per role
Suppliers
Important
Suppliers are especially important in the FIT workflow. Make sure all your hotels, flight providers and transport companies are added and correctly categorised before you start building itineraries.
Add your suppliers. These can be connected in the booking process.
- Add supplier — choose the supplier type so it appears correctly in the booking process
Locations
All IATA codes are pre-loaded in the system. You can also add your own custom locations.
- Create locations, location types and pickup locations
Note
All pickup locations need a pickup location area (which is itself a location).
Tags
Tags are used to categorize tours, supplements and passengers. They affect filtering throughout the system.
Add tags under the correct category:
- Tour tags — affect the Tour Creation and All Tours pages
- Supplement tags — affect the Supplement Creation page
- Passenger tags — affect the Passenger Creation page
