Passenger portal

Configure how the passenger portal looks and behaves for each of your customers. Settings on this tab apply to the customer's passengers when they sign in to the portal.

Where it lives

System Administration → ConfigurationsPassenger portal tab.

The Configurations page has four tabs:

Flight ticket download visibility

Administrators can choose, per customer, whether the flight ticket PDF is available for download in the passenger portal. Use this when a customer's process forbids passengers from holding the raw ticket file, or when ticket distribution is handled outside of Vaylo.

Steps

  1. Go to Admin Settings → Passenger portal.
  2. Locate the customer in the list.
  3. Toggle Allow flight ticket download to On or Off.
  4. Click Save.

The setting syncs to the passenger portal automatically. Passengers belonging to a customer with the toggle off no longer see the Download flight ticket action in their booking view.
