Tour tags
Tour tags are short labels you attach to tours so they can be grouped, filtered, and searched. Use them to mark anything that does not deserve its own category — for example, Family friendly, Last minute, Hiking, or Winter departure.
Key capabilities
- Create and maintain a list of tour tags
- Apply one or more tags to any tour
- Filter the Tour tags list by Active / Inactive / All
- Search the Tour tags list by ID or name
- Toggle tags between active and inactive without deleting them
User roles

Where it lives
Tour Administration → Tour tags.
Tour tags show up on:
| Place | What you see |
|---|---|
| Tour Administration → All Tours → Edit → Basics | Tour tag dropdown that lists every active tag |
| Booking widget search | Where applicable, tags help filter the visible tour list |
Creating a tour tag
- Navigate to Tour Administration → Tour tags.
- Click Create tag.
- Enter a Name that clearly describes the tag (for example, Family friendly).
- Click Save.
Keep tag names short and consistent. Tags are surfaced in customer-facing widgets, so write them as the customer would read them.
Updating a tour tag
Open the tag from the list and update its name. Tours already tagged with it pick up the new name automatically.
Active and inactive
Toggle a tag inactive when you no longer want it offered on new tours but want to keep historical associations intact. Use the Active / Inactive / All filter on the list to switch views.
Searching and filtering the list
The Tour tags list supports filtering by ID and name, so a long catalogue stays manageable. Use the filter inputs at the top of the list to narrow it down.
