Products

Products are reusable product codes for the Others segment in the itinerary tab. They work the same way hotel product codes do — define a product once, then reference it by name on any FIT booking.

Key capabilities​

  • Create and manage product codes used by the Others itinerary segment
  • Classify each product by type (for example, bus, cruise)
  • Pin a location on Google Maps for the product
  • Attach multiple suppliers
  • Maintain multi-language descriptions
  • Attach files (vouchers, brochures, PDFs)

Creating a Product​

  1. Navigate to Settings → Products.
  2. Click New product.
  3. Fill in the product details:
    • Name — the display name shown in the itinerary Name dropdown.
    • Type — classification (for example, bus, cruise).
    • Location — optional; pin the product on Google Maps if relevant.
    • Suppliers — one or more suppliers that provide this product.
    • Descriptions — translate the description per supported language.
    • Files — attach any supporting files (vouchers, brochures, PDFs).
  4. Click Save.

Editing or deleting a Product​

  1. Open the product from the Products list.
  2. Update fields and click Save, or click Delete to remove the product.
caution

Deleting a product does not remove it from bookings where it has already been used. The historical segment retains the name and details at the time it was added.

Using Products in the itinerary​

Select the product in the Name column of an Others segment in the itinerary tab — see Itinerary tab → Others segments.
