Booking Actions

Navigate to: Bookings → [select booking] — action buttons are in the right-hand panel


Transfer Booking

Move a booking to a different tour or departure date.

  1. Click Transfer booking
  2. Optionally filter by date range to find the destination tour
  3. Select the tour to transfer to
  4. Click Save

A new booking with a new booking reference is created. The original booking moves to the Transferred tab. A confirmation email is sent automatically.


Generates a PDF with full booking details — departure date, location, passengers, cost breakdown. Click Print booking info to generate and print.


Email Booking Info

Sends a booking information email to the passenger's registered email address. Click Email booking info.


Attachments

Upload files (tickets, documents) to the booking.

  1. Click Attachments
  2. Upload under Tickets or Attachments
  3. Click Start upload

Supported formats: jpeg, jpg, png, pdf, webp, docx, csv. Single or bulk upload.

The passenger receives an email and can view the attachment in the Customer Portal.


Allocate & Assign Tickets

  1. Click Tickets
  2. Search for tickets by PNR or date
  3. Select a ticket and enter number of tickets
  4. Click Allocate
  5. Go to Passenger Details and click Assign ticket
  6. Select the allocated ticket
  7. Optionally check Assign to all passengers
  8. Click Assign

Cancel Booking

Click Cancel booking on the Tour Basics tab. Confirm in the modal. The booking moves to the Cancelled tab.
