Passenger Details

Navigate to: Bookings → [select booking] → Passenger Details tab

Enter personal information for each passenger. The number of passenger forms matches the number entered on the Tour Basics tab.

Autofill

If the passenger has booked before, select their name from the Autofill passenger details dropdown to pre-populate all fields.

Optional Sections

Expand with checkboxes:

• Add passport details (number, issue date, expiry)
• Add invoice address
• Add additional information (internal notes, not visible to customer)
• Travellers have food allergies
• Add emergency contact
• Update client information in system (saves changes to the passenger's permanent profile)

tip

You can save client details from the Basics section too — clicking Save in Basics persists client data (including Is travelling) without needing a separate save here. Save here if you're only updating client information.
