tip
For tour bookings, you can choose Save Booking (saves silently, no email) or Save and Send Email (saves and sends the confirmation email immediately). The second button only appears when Booking Type = Tour. See Save and Send Email for the full behaviour, including what happens when you save silently first and send the email later.
note
Clicking Save in the Basics section also saves the client details — including the Is travelling setting — without needing a separate save in the Client section. This applies to both Tour and FIT bookings.
